Our Legal department scrutinize and verify all legal documents before taking up any project to make it 'Fullproof; as a result of which our projects gets "Approved" from leading banks such as HDFC home loan, Central Bank of India, Bank of Baroda,SBI Home Loan etc, for home loan. Our Architect and Engineer makes the building plan with lot of thinking so that flats are Vastu complaint and have cross ventilation with adequate air and sunlight and along with strength and stability. We provide furniture layout to our customers so that they do not face any hazard in placing their furniture or decorating their flat. We use branded materials in every department of the project viz steel, cement, sanitary, tiles, fittings, electrical equipments, paints. We not only complete the building before time as mentioned in the agreement, but also hand over possession with completion certificate (C.C). As a result of all these, our customers are very happy and satisfied, and for these we have become another name of trust.
